Mods can be found under the crafting page (hot-key O)

They come in 5 types and each type has 9 levels.

Mods can be acquired in many ways.

Merging mods Edit

Merge a mod

To merge mods to make a higher level mod you need 3 of the same lesser level mod to make the next higher level mod.

You can use Electrum to substitute for missing mods up to level 4 (merge with E/BE button.) You must have at least 1 to merge with. cost depends on level and missing mods.

Each merge costs a small mount of shilling to merge as well.

To quickly see what merges you have available,without an Electrum cost, select the tick box, Mergeable at the bottom left of the page.

Adding mods Edit

Add a mod

once you have mods you can add them to your gear on the Add a mod tab in crafting.

Drag the item you want to mod to the top slot. this will show the 3 available mod slots for the item. Each item to be modded has 3 fixed types of mods that can be added to it. But each item is different so even if the item is the same type it can have different mod slots in it. So it can be useful to check items, when new items are found or created, in case the insertable mods are a better combination than your current item of that type.

There are 5 types of mod.

Thanks to the many players who helped out with the values in this table. IF a value is WRONG please inform me or just edit the page yourself.

So how many can you put in of any type of mod for a stat? each item has 3 mod sockets so breakdown is

  • 2 1 handed weapons
  • 1 2handed weapon
  • 1 shield
  • 6 armor (head, shoulders, body, legs, arms, boots)
  • 4 accessories (watch, locket, signet, belt.)

using the above you can get  max of 21 of each type,

note this will exclude other upgrades if you go for max of a type

ie if you take max damage then your weapons and accessories are full of damage mods and are NOT available for other types of mods.

  • Damage weapons (9) accessories (12)
  • Critical Weapon (9) accessories (12)
  • Impact  weapon (9) accessories (12)
  • Hit  weapon (9) accessory (12)
  • Precision weapon (9) accessory (12)

and

  • Health Shield (3) Armor (18)
  • Armor Shield (3) Armor (18)
  • Parry shield (3) Armor (18)
  • Dodge shield (3) Armor (18)
  • Resiliance Shield (3) Armor (18)

so for an even spread you can go for 4 of each type with 1 having 5.
